Welcome to Cawarral State School! We pride ourselves on being a family oriented school with a proud sense of community. Cawarral celebrated its 125^th anniversary in 1999 and has a strong historical connection with the early pioneers in gold-mining and farming. The school has grown over the years and is now a smaller Band 7 school. As such we offer a mix of classes from Prep to Year 7. We encourage children to learn about environmental issues through participation in Junior Landcare, Reef Guardian programs, and Green & Healthy Schools. Children are encouraged to develop as individuals and classroom teachers cater for all needs. We welcome parent participation in our classrooms and are supported by a very active P&C Association.
